Siobhan aspires to inspire students to access their creative potential and supports them in reaching their artistic and fitness goals while discussing a plan that suits students needs.   Her classes  and workshops are inspiring, motivating and fun.  Her teaching style fuses  equal emphasis of dancing as an art form and as a fantastic, fun way of fitness and self-care.

It is essential that students inform Siobhan of any recent or  chronic injuries, illnesses, or any physical limitations so that she may discuss precautions/modifications to movements and poses. Students agree to listen to their bodies and rest as needed during class.
